Debt Justice at the G20: UK Treasury Reform Campaign
I want the UK Treasury to work towards reforming the sovereign debt system at the G20, because it is deepening the impact of aid cuts, and preventing governments to spend on health, education, infrastructure. This affects people and countries being able to build up their economies, create jobs, thrive. We know that our decision makers know, but they don't care, or they have vested interests with the City. We also know they want to hear more from the Global South on this matter. — Global South, or Africa
